This page  outlines the details of our Composite Team Portrait Process. Because this process is more labor intensive, we have a different pricing structure over our Traditional Portraits. The great news is that with both our Traditional and Composite Processes,  in most cases we are still able to deliver our portrait services at ZERO cost to your team.             

A $200 sitting fee is required if the total number of players across all teams( JV & Varsity) is less than 13. Teams also have the option to pay for the players with team funds if they wish to bypass the parent pre-sales all together. 100% player sales is required.

All package pre-sales must be completed prior to your scheduled Photo Day, if a team fails to sell the required number of packages, we can postpone the Photo Day or we can cancel the photo session and refund the money for all packages paid to date. Only players who prepay for a package will receive a portrait design.

No additional costs are required by the team. A web resolution team image is also delivered to the team as part of this process, this web resolution team image is great for sharing on social media and on the teams website.

FAQ

What if I want to purchase more images?  Once initial package sales are delivered, all images will be available in an online team gallery so parents can purchase additional images including digital copies. Please note that our designs are created for a very specific size print, typically 8x10 and 5x7. Each design will be available in a very limited number of print sizes.

Will I be able to pick my pose?   Unfortunately no, allowing for individual player selections really slows down our turnaround time of your designs. Based on our experience,  we will select the most flattering poses to fit in the design. Don’t worry, all our work comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so if you don’t absolutely love your design, we will fix it or gladly refund your investment.

Can Team & Senior Banners be created afterwards?   Absolutely. Because we already have the individuals on the team photographed, we can easily create additional designs for Seniors, Awards etc. Our standard Graphic Design Fees will apply for additional designs, just call us for a quote.

Will we have access to the High Resolution Images so we can print ourselves?  All original designs remain the property of Rob Riingen Photography, but you can purchase a high resolution JPEG Digital Download copy along with a Photo Print Release form to allow you to print your own copies and retain a high res digital copy for your digital albums.
